We exercise professional care during all services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, swirl marks, paint chips, or clear coat failure. Items left in vehicles are not our responsibility. Vehicle condition is documented via photo inspection at intake. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting evidence.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. Deposits for ceramic coating services are non-refundable.

24-hour notice is required for cancellation without fee. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages. Marketing messages are optional. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

By providing your email, you may receive transactional emails. Marketing emails require separate opt-in. An unsubscribe link is provided in every marketing email.

Service photos are taken for quality documentation purposes. Photos may be used for marketing unless you opt out. You may request photo removal at any time.

Ceramic coating warranty terms vary by product tier. Warranty requires adherence to the recommended maintenance schedule. Standard services include a satisfaction guarantee within 24 hours.

For mobile services, you must provide adequate workspace. Water and electrical access may be required. We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe.
